What data we process and why

If you contact us through the contact form on the site, we process the data you provide yourself – name, email, phone number, and the content of your message. We process this data to handle your inquiry, based on our legitimate interest in responding to visitor inquiries, or based on steps taken toward entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). If you consent to analytics cookies in the cookie banner, we also process data about your behavior on the site through Google Analytics, solely on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.

Data retention period

We keep contact-form data only for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and a reasonable period afterward in case of follow-up communication, but no longer than 12 months from the last exchange, unless a specific legal requirement (e.g. accounting or tax law) requires a longer retention period. Data processed on the basis of consent (analytics) is retained for as long as that consent remains valid.

Recipients of personal data

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients who provide us with technical services: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and operation) and Google LLC (Google Analytics – only if you consent to analytics cookies). We do not share your data with other third parties for marketing purposes.

International data transfers

Our service providers (Vercel, Google) may process data on servers located outside the European Union/EEA. In such cases, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under GDPR, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission under Article 46 GDPR.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to access your data, request its correction or erasure, restrict its processing, request data portability, and object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – for the Slovak Republic, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, https://dataprotection.gov.sk.
